Governing System:
CWC has maintained its Constitutions having financial and personnel policy. All CWC activities and decision are governed by CWC constitution. It is the mandatory practice of CWC to seek decision from its board with regard to the matters related to project, human resource, financial aspects before going to implementation.
Institutional Mandate:
All the decision made by the CWC board with consensus of at least two third of the total board member use to be mandated and strictly followed by the board members, regular and project staff as applicable. In addition, CWC also maintains its own staff and financial policy duly approved by its board as provisioned by its constitution.
Transparency and Anticorruption:
CWC is committed to adhere on all financial rule and regulation as prescribed by Government of Nepal as well as to follow the guidelines of other national and international funding agencies working with. There is also practice of regularly sharing the ideas with the board members, regular staffs and even project staffs affiliated with CWC in regard to different matters related to transparency in connection with implementing project and enhancing project performance.
Annually CWC organizes its general assembly with the presents of all its members. Some of the major activities of the general assembly include; review of completed activities within the year and presentation of annual program for the next year. The tasks of selecting auditor and vacant board members are also carried out during the general assembly.
